2. Delivery of a new device
You will receive your new device shortly after your claim is registered.
3. Return the damaged device
Follow the provided instructions to return your damaged device.
4. Case closed
Your case is closed once our claims center has processed your damaged device.
1. The device is damaged
Report your claim by filling out the online form here. A return box with a prepaid label will be sent to your address.
2. Send the damaged device
Place your damaged device in the provided return box and follow the return instructions.
3. Repaired or replaced
Once received, your device will be repaired or replaced depending on the damage.
4. Receive your device
Your repaired or new device will be returned to you, and your case will be closed.
